Alex Tan never knew that he would end up as wedding & portrait photographer when he first bought up a DSLR Canon Eos 1000D in Dec 2008. Initially he bought his first DSLR for the purpose of capturing some memorable moments in his daily life and of cause to replace his old rusty compact camera. Upon his move he picked up his camera and looked seriously for the first time & he photographed his first wedding that falls on March 2009 with his partner Vin Lim and was in love. The fantastic theatre and emotion of weddings had move him further explore in this industry.
Alextan Art Works established since 2009 as Alex believed that every pieces of his works is an art but not just a photo, most of his shots are artistic, and journalistic.
Alex has less than 2 years experience in this industry but his work inspired by lots of client currently he had expanded his portfolio from weddings , portrait and also to high fashion commercial shots. I Hope you can enjoy viewing my blog !
